After the cataract operation 2014/08/26 10:04am
May I know after the operation, can the patient immediately see things?
How long will it take for recovery and back to normal life?

Actually, the patient can see right after the surgery. However, we will cover the eye until the next day after seeing doctor. The vision will be a little bit unstable especially for the first week. We suggest no driving for the first 2 weeks. Refraction will be stabilized after about 1 month.
Patient has to take good care of the eye for at least 1 month, such as keeping the eye clean, wearing sunglasses outdoor to prevent dust, avoiding strenuous exercises, avoiding eye make up, etc. 2014/08/26 11:11am
